Your First Step
- A complimentary call to explore whether our approach is a good fit for you. No diagnosis or treatment provided. Consultation does not constitute the establishment of a clinician-patient relationship.
- Please note: In order to provide a more customized and best standard of care, our practice is out-of-network and does not directly accept any insurance.
Intake Appointment
- A comprehensive, trauma-informed assessment of your mental health history, symptoms, and goals. We collaborate on a personalized treatment plan to guide your care considering:
- Biological approaches (e.g. medications & botanicals)
- Psychological aspects (such as psychotherapy)
- Lifestyle changes (incl. nutritional medicine, physical activity, & complementary treatments).
- We’ll answer any questions regarding the safety of medications and the other treatment options.
- 75 minutes – $550
Ongoing Care and Follow up
- Sessions include review of symptoms, medication management, and therapeutic support.
- 50 min Session (includes Psychotherapy):
- Generally a weekly, recurring appointment where we can provide supportive, one-on-one therapy to process past experiences, navigate present challenges, and promote personal growth. If medications are appropriate, we’ll discuss them.
- $375
- 25 min Session (medication management)
- For those who need monitoring and support with their medications and a check-in for refills, minor changes in your treatment plan, and psychological support. This is not a psychotherapy session.
- $250
- 50 min Session (includes Psychotherapy):

Functional Lab Testing
Personalized lab testing to uncover biological or nutritional factors affecting mental health.
● Functional and Nutritional lab assessment: $150 lab review fee
Pharmacogenetic Testing
● DNA-based insights into how your body metabolizes psychiatric medications—helping us choose the most effective and tolerable treatment.
● Pharmacogenetic lab assessment: $75 lab review fee

When indicated, evidence-based supplements to support mental and physical recovery.
Our Commitment to Personalized Care
- Over the years, our team has observed numerous instances of mismanaged care in clinical settings, largely due to the restrictions and limitations imposed by health insurance companies.
- Our decision to operate out-of-network stems from a deep commitment to providing the highest quality of care for each patient. By stepping outside the constraints of insurance companies, we are able to offer treatments that are more personalized, flexible, and holistic. However, superbills are available upon request for insurance reimbursement.

At Affinity Health, we strive to make mental health care transparent and accessible. While we operate as a private pay practice, we provide superbills for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance providers. We’re committed to clear communication about costs, and we're here to help you understand your options every step of the way.
Payment & Insurance
Affinity Health is a cash-pay practice. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. Superbills are available upon request for insurance reimbursement.
Good Faith Estimate
We provide a Good Faith Estimate as required by law. If your billed charges exceed the estimate by $400 or more, you have the right to dispute the bill. Learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises
