Rosalind de Lisser, PhD, PMHNP, FNP

Rosalind is a dually board-certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in integrative mental health and primary care. She specializes in trauma-informed care for women with PTSD, depression, chronic pain, and the lasting effects of injury or loss.

Rosalind blends medication management with lifestyle coaching and psychotherapy, creating personalized, whole-person treatment plans rooted in dignity, trust, and resilience. She helps clients reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their stories, and build resilience. Her approach is grounded in dignity, trust, and collaboration.

Rosalind earned her Master’s degree in nursing from the University of Virginia in 2002 and her PhD from Vanderbilt University in 2024. She has been a long-standing professor at UCSF and leads psychiatric and addiction services at the UCSF Women’s HIV Program, providing integrated mental health care for women and transgender women living with HIV.
