Transparent Care and Reimbursement Options
At Affinity Health, we strive to make mental health care transparent and accessible. We’re committed to clear communication about costs, and we're here to help you understand your options every step of the way.
Payment & Insurance
Affinity Health accepts Aetna in California; otherwise is a cash-pay practice and we accept all major credit/debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. We do provide superbills for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance providers.
Good Faith Estimate
We provide a Good Faith Estimate as required by law. If your billed charges exceed the estimate by $400 or more, you have the right to dispute the bill. Learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises
